Married and the father of three active teenagers, Phil Penner was born and raised on the West Coast. In his free time, he is usually found fishing, boating, or riding his bike on some forest trail.

As a lawyer who has practiced for over 20 years, Phil spends most of his time handling personal injury and other insurance cases. He has appeared at all level of Courts in British Columbia, and has a great deal of experience negotiating successful settlements through mediation. As a commuter cyclist, he takes special interests in the rights of fellow riders.
