Bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings can be complex and heavily disputed. Our practice in this area includes commercial and residential foreclosures, proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and proceedings under the Companies Creditors’ Arrangement Act in regards to loan security enforcement and related collection. We have also worked with clients on forbearance agreements, workout arrangements, debt restructuring, and the appointment of receivers.
